- Go to http://webmail.mydomain.com
- Log in using your email address and email password
- From the top menu, click on the Settings menu option
- From the left menu select Auto-Responder
- Tick Enable Autoresponder
- Tick the option Limit responses to once daily as that will prevent your mailbox sending
hundreds of autoresponders to another mailbox’s autoresponder.
This may lead to your email address being blacklisted by
spamfilters
- Click on the Auto Responder Message tab
- Type the subject e.g. Out of Office
- Type the message to be displayed in the email body.
- Click Save
